A tiger reserve in name but not likely to see any.
Sariska Tiger Reserve的点评
点评：Sariska is a lovely park and worth a visit but don’t go expecting to see a tiger. Similar size to Ranthambhore but half as many tigers so it doesn’t take a genius to work out your chances. We did see a leopard which made it worthwhile and a tiger paw print which confirmed they are there but that was it.
The guides are useless and when we did hear warning calls they drove around like headless chickens rather than sit and wait and watch where it went which meant we didn’t see anything.
There is a foresters lodge where you keep coming back to to hear if there are any sightings. By the time you hear anything it’s old news and by coming back you don’t go far enough into the park to see very much. Can’t understand why they don’t use radios and communicate throughout the park.
It’s a nice expanse of nature but don’t go with great expectations of seeing a tiger.
