Unprofessional, Unreliable and irresponsible travel agency and tour operator "Chetan Sharma"

点评：Never ever take a tour or any travel service from this "Holiday Inn"..
Unprofessional, rude and cheats.
I have never seen such unprofessional travel agecy...whoes only moto is money..
Even after paying more than standard for a vehicle, during the trip everytime we want to go anywhere, the driver they sent with Vehicle will argue or deny to go... Or will stop several kms before destination and then when you call back after sightseeing the driver don't ever pick call.
The biggest problem is the agency has no one responsible...no accountability, no ownership.
One of the runners of this agency "Chetan Sharma" is the most disgusting person... He even don't know how to talk to customers... He talks as if he has done some favour by giving Vehicle. He only wants money and no service commitment or responsibility.
Such person actually should not get any business.
Based on my experience, I want to request all to never take any travel service from "Holiday Inn". It will ruin your trip and give you mental harassment.
You better go with a more reliable agency even though you pay slightly more.
I have already made a complaint about them in the J&K tourism because you pay & take vehicle for sightseeing and if later they don't take you or show up during pickup it's a fraud and should not be allowed to operate.
