点评：Birtsmorton was an amazing venue for my wedding, but the communication and accommodation were very poor.
We supplied the drink for our guest and by 8pm we were told it had run out so guest would have to use the bar, next morning I went to collect my decorations to fine half the drink still there.
I had been gifted some handmade hearts as a wedding present and asked the staff to get them in before it rained which they said they would do this did not happen and they were out all night in the rain completely ruined.
I stayed in hideaway cottage with my bridesmaids the night before it had thick cob webs in places that had been there a very long time, and the stair rails cups glasses were greasy
I moved to the Georgian Wing day of the wedding and was told my belongings would be moved across. This did not happen. I had to ask my daughter to go find my case the following day.
My daughter stayed in a shepards hut and woke up to a noise to discover there were frogs in the accommodation .
The accommodation that you had to hire with no choice that I had family stay in was very embarrassing. We all went to have breakfast there next morning to see the children in their shoes playing in the puddles on the carpet. The windows and skylights had leaked during the rain.
The accommodation slept 14. There were 6 cups, so we had to share.
It is a beautiful wedding setting but I would advise not to use the accommodation.
My compensation was a free night. Stay in a shepards hut.....
I do not normally complain, but this is not a cheap wedding venue, so I would have expected everything to be 100%.
