Amazing Start to an Amazing Trip

点评：I cannot say enough great things about Arianna & Friends Day tours. We had Christiano as our guide. He was absolutely an Italian gem. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient and long-lasting. We took full advantage of his familiarity with the regions, people and cuisine. We started our ten day journey with Christiano's tour of olive groves, cheese factory and wine vineyards. All three experiences were outstanding. Christiano explained the each process: olive oil, aged cheese, and regional wines. We had tastings at all the stops. The tour lasted all day as we drove to different areas for each tour. We went in November so no crowds or wait time. Spectacular!
We asked questions non-stop about where to go, what to do and what not to do. Christiano was able to answer 99.99% of our questions. We were glad this was the start of the trip as it helped us navigate the rest of our trip. I highly recommend this tour. Even if you do your own research and think you are fine sight-seeing on your own, learning the culture and hearing stories from a local is unsurpassed. There are advantages of going off the beaten touristy path.
