点评：Neuschwanstein Castle is truly a fairytale destination, both for its stunning architecture and fascinating history. Driving from Munich takes about two hours, with scenic Alpine views along the way.
Upon arrival, we opted for a horse-drawn carriage ride up the hill. While charming, it was surprisingly slow—so slow that walkers easily passed us! We nearly missed our 1:15 PM guided tour, but the friendly staff rescheduled us for 1:45 PM. With extra time, we enjoyed Bavarian street food at the base—cheese bread, sausages, and beer—simple yet delicious.
Inside, we used an audio guide to explore this dreamlike castle built by King Ludwig II. Highlights included the Singer’s Hall, the intricately designed King’s Bedroom, and breathtaking panoramic windows overlooking the Alps.
After the tour, we walked downhill in just 15 minutes. Overall, Neuschwanstein Castle is an unforgettable experience—a magical blend of history, beauty, and romance.
