Beautiful palace, armoury closed
马德里皇宫的点评
点评：We bought skip the line tickets but still had to queue with all the other people who had bought skip the line tickets. The queue did move faster than the non ticket line though. The palace is beautiful, a clear route directs you around the state tons and they all have explanation cards in English and Spanish so we didn’t bother with the audio guide. When we came out, we went across to the armoury entrance, but it was closed which we didn’t know when we booked or entered which was disappointing- from what I could guess from the notice, they’re changing the lighting to be more environmentally friendly- no idea how long it’s closed for, maybe just today, it didn’t say. It’s well worth a visit and the view from outside looking over the park is great. We had lunch in the cafe, it’s a bit utilitarian but wasn’t busy and not over expensive.
