Magical Koshi!
Highland Wildlife Park的点评
点评：I recently purchased a Magic Moment with Koshi the snow leopard for my partners birthday. The staff greeted us at the gate and explained they were expecting us. The woman that met us (apologies, I'm awful with names) was lovely and walked us up to Koshi's enclosure. On the way she was super chatty and told us things about the park we never would have known otherwise. We then met Koshi's keeper, Lauren(?), where she introduced herself and Koshi. We were given a safety brief prior to the activity. Although I hadn't booked onto the magic moment myself, Lauren graciously allowed me to enter the keepers area so I could take pictures. Lauren answered all of our questions and was super informative. She was very genuine, approachable and friendly.
We then explored the rest of the park. We had visited before roughly 5 years ago and a lot has changed. A lot of the park is under development and it's really lovely to see that they are continually improving the facilities for both the animals and visitors. The park was very quiet as it was a Friday in February when all the schools are on. Usually you don't get to see many of the animals as some may be sleeping/hiding, however it was such a lovely day we managed to see them all! Although we're far from experts, the animals look in fantastic condition and their enclosures are expansive and well kept.
As the visitor centre is currently under development, the catering is supplied by a food van. The meat is locally supplied and the van is family run. We found the food to be of high quality and appropriately priced.
All the staff we encountered were super lovely and very keen to help. Absolutely could not fault our experience one bit. This park is something we are very glad and keen to support more in the future. Thanks for making our day special and keep up the great work!
