点评:We placed an online order for Christmas delivery and tried repeatedly to contact this company to question where the order was. Eventually received part of it, according to the label it had been dispatched 5 days prior to it being delivered so the lot went in the bin as I was wary about the freshness of it. Basically £72 down the drain.
Customer contact was non existent, if you did manage get through the phone instructions to speak to someone they just told you a whole lot of garbage. We have dealt with Inverawe in the past and never had any problems so something has obviously gone terribly wrong somewhere.
I had a chortle today at the email I received advertising their products, it all looked lovely and business like but they will have a long struggle to get over the bad reputation they built up last year. A lot of people were let down and paid dearly for goods never received or had to throw out. Their customer service department was just a huge joke
