Long trip, no communication, would not recommend

点评：We did the ATV + water rafting activity.
Extremely long trip would not recommend.
We left our hotel at 7am and returned at 6:40pm, and throughout this time we had a combined 3 hours max of activity - the rest was just waiting or driving.
Almost zero communication the entire day of the trip itself. Prior to the day, I was able to successfully contact someone from the company via WhatsApp for some information on the day but on the day itself, there was no communication at all. We got picked up from the hotel at 7am in Kata, and due to there being an inaccurate itinerary with no details, we drove for 2 hours with no idea where we were going or for how long we were driving. At 9am we picked up the “tour guide” who 10 minutes into being in the van with us informed us that we will need another hour. He also only stayed with us for around 2 hours of the entire trip. This would not have been an issue had we known from the start where we were going.
Once arriving at the location, there was extremely limited briefing and information given about the plan for the day. We were given a locker key and then immediately pointed towards the zip line activity in which 2 unenthusiastic men strapped us up and reluctantly pointed where to walk. Next up was white water rafting which was great fun and would recommend to experience (but with a different tour company). After that we drove back to the locker location to eat a nice meal that was prepared for us and had free time for about an hour to sit and eat.
The entire trip could have been significantly more enjoyable had we received better communication from the company and our tour guide throughout the day.
Again, if we had been given a plan or some information about how the day would play out, this wouldn’t have gotten a two star review.
The company inclusions stated an “English-speaking guide” however we heard maybe 3 English words in total from him which also added to the lack of communication issue on this day.

如果我们全天都能从公司和导游那里得到更好的沟通，整个旅程可能会更加愉快。
同样，如果我们得到一个计划或一些关于当天如何进行的信息，就不会得到两星评价了。
公司称有一位“会说英语的导游”，但我们总共只听到他说了 3 个英语单词，这也加剧了当天缺乏沟通的问题。
