Pay attention when buing the tickets to Grotte di Castellana (!!!)

点评：We would like to share a rather disappointing experience. We purchased tickets to Grotte di Castellana at the Infopoint, but no one informed us that an additional €6 per person would be automatically added for a visit to the Planetarium. It was presented to us as a mandatory part of the tour, although we later learned that the Planetarium visit is not required and is not an essential part of the Grotte experience.
The visit to the Planetarium itself was underwhelming – the film shown was clearly intended for very young children (4-6 y.o.), while our group consisted mostly of adults and a few teenagers. The entire kids movie was in Italian (we were not informed about that as well), without translation, so we couldn’t understand what was being said. Neither the content nor the format was engaging, and most of us felt that both our time and money had been wasted.
-> We feel misled and believe it's important to warn other travelers: (!!!) please, be cautious and make sure that no additional services are included in your ticket without your clear consent. (!!!)
