Unprofessional employee ruined a lovely experience

点评：Saturday April 19, 2025, at 4:50 PM, we finished our tasting and each of the six of us bought a glass of wine. We asked for a place to enjoy our glass of wine and she directed us to the sitting area. Five minutes later, a woman walked into the room saying we close at five… you have five minutes. (What?)
Five minutes later at 5 o’clock she walked in and said it’s 5 o’clock and you have to go. (Surely, you’re kidding!)
“We can put your wine into a plastic cup that you can drink outside (now mind you it’s raining) and if you leave, it’s open container and you could be arrested”! So, we stood outside under their very small awning drinking our wine in the rain.
We were all so annoyed that she would sell us all those glasses of wine and not tell us they close in 10 minutes. It was the manner in which the employee handled the situation. Rude!!!!
Five minutes later at 5 o’clock she walked in and said it’s 5 o’clock and you have to go. (Surely, you’re kidding!)
