Never failing to disappoint! How do we save Chapter!

点评：I love chapter and am disturbed that it is being run into the ground! Next stop - housing development.
It's been around for years but it seems to have failed to notice that it's a shadow of its former self, there is little variety of art, food or beer. All three are presented in a pompous and arrogant manner that show it thinks its a trendy south bank art house whilst unaware its a glorified community centre with pretentious and other people in south Wales are doing things so much better.
The staff are lovely but seem to think the place operates for their benefit. Is it performance art that you stand at the bar for ages watching 5 or 6 people tidy things up whilst they ignore you? The food is best described as expensive but it's ultimately a canteen!
The bar shuts before theatre shows and films finish. The only time bar processes (I blame management not staff) seem to be efficient and organised is closing down the bar. All the systems seem to be designed to be against customer service and fail to mask its mediocrity when there are many better places to eat and drink in immediate area.
I so want it to win but is the organisations game plan just to give up and sell the land for flats as that what it seems like.
It's not an Arts Centre. It doesn't support communities and the service is comically bad.
