点评:Due to a problem which turned out to be the fault of the concert promoter I had a really bad experience with attempting to buy tickets for a particular concert. The situation was made worse as we had never had any problems at all over the years we’ve been attending Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
Now, putting this review into context, I was lucky enough to have created three different and successful companies over the last thirty-five or so years and the one thing I valued, above all, was our post sales customer support. The sales guys all were led to believe it was them but I knew that the best business we got was through retaining your customers and having them recommend the companies to other prospective customers. As a result our customer support people were well rewarded.
Susan, the manager at GRCH, needs to be treated the same way as she very successfully talked me down from a very high level of irritation. She did exactly what she needed to do and explained what had gone wrong in a methodical, calm manner and then also, to my surprise and, indeed, delight, managed to sort out the situation.
She is an absolute credit to the organisation and I would have employed her in a heartbeat if she’d ever applied to one of our companies.
This may be a different kind of review from normal on TripAdvisor but I’m hoping that it’s worthwhile for others to know that there’s a good team of people being led by an excellent manager at The GRCH.
