点评：A perfect beach day! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay an hour more but we didn’t want to risk being pier runners! We booked Nachi Cocom months ahead. I’m glad we did because even Mr. Sanchos sold out the day our cruise was in port. That’s a busy day for Cozumel! The taxi ride was easy and cost about $7.00/person each way, very reasonable for the distance from the port. Once we arrived, our picture was taken ($12.00), we were checked in and paid the balance, and we were shown to our shady palapa! We were allowed to choose one, and we actually preferred the ones in deep shade on the third row. If there were 130 people there, you wouldn’t know it. It felt private and spacious. I had three drinks while there, a Tecate light, tequila with soda water/lime, and a delicious margarita, which was light and limey and perfect! I also recommend the guacamole, which comes with thick, homemade tortilla chips and fresh pico. Also refreshing, the fresh fruit salad! I skipped the sorbet just to cut down on a little sugar. The papaya was special but all the fruit was very tasty! Please order the grilled fish, prepared in a meunière style. Delicious and flakey, buttery and lemony. It also comes with steamed veggies and a cute little shaped dome of rice. I have to award the food 5 stars for freshness and flavor! The service by Felipe was excellent. I tipped him $30.00 for the day and tipped one other server who carried a tray out to us $5.00. I hope that was appropriate because these guys are working hard, carrying drink after drink on big trays through the sand so you can relax. Our favorite moment was holding a starfish, and spotting iguanas in the palm trees. Snorkel masks are $20.00 cash. We personally did not use the pool because we were focused on the gorgeous ocean with crystal clear, blue water. Our family had an amazing day!
