点评：Our adventure to Mount Etna has been wonderful, incredible, alongside the great Giacomo Strazzeri-Assab. He has informed us about everything, from the first eruption of this magnificent volcano to the most recent one. First of all, Gently, he picked us up at our cabin, close to Castiglioni. We went to many interest places and we got surprised about the consequences of the last eruption. We were also able to see where the 2001 eruption of Mount Etna ended. Moreover, he told us about the great catastrophe of 1992, making this journey a trip through both the Sicily of the past and the present.
Giacomo speaks many languages; in addition, he shared knowledge about gastronomy, culture, and mindset. He is very incredibly kind, fun, and took us to unexpected points of interest like the volcano tunnels. Also knows specific, relevant information about the lava, rocks and Etna. He also guided us to places where we could admire vast landscapes that made us feel so small.
Both my partner Max and I, coming from Spain and France, are truly grateful for this adventure and this amazing experience. We will never forget it.
