点评：Not worth it. My friend and I rented two bikes for 2hrs for a casual ride through Central Park. Approximately 30 minutes into our ride the chain on my bike malfunctioned. I immediately called in hopes of getting some assistance. The employee rudely told me to just fix it myself. After explaining that I didn’t know how to fix the chain her solution was for me to pay $25 for “roadside assistance”(more than I paid for the actual rental) and it would be 30-40 minutes before anyone would come. I decided not to pay
The quality of their equipment is very poor as even before starting our ride I noticed the bad condition of the tires. While walking our bikes back to the shop we started noticing other bikes from other rental companies that looked in much better condition.
Overall disappointed on the lack of customer service and overall quality of the equipment.
