点评：We have done I have done 6 different tours (visited even more coffee farms) during 2 times to Big Island - they are either "big groups" or more of an intimate smaller "group" type of places, like this one here.
You get to learn and enjoy a lot of information, the tour person (I forgot her name by now, so sorry!, but a very friendly lady) was very informative and shared a lot of cool stuff - what probably makes this place stand out from others is not just KONA coffee, which in itself comes with very specific scope of a coffee bean, but also how they handle their beans afterwards, roast them etc. - definitely a crafty approach to already a very "high end" bean :)
The gift shot is a small area where you can sit down and relax with the "1M view" - I could just come here for this experience only and have left happy!
You get to sample free 2 different coffees - both tasted great and what to me in particular stood out, is that most Kona places roast their beans dark/very dark - here it's not the case, their medium and dark roast taste much lighter and let the coffee beans speak - very unique approach to it and gives to it so much more flavor - that is my personal taste palette so for others may be a different thing, but if you want to try the difference I encourage you to come here at least to sample the 2 brews they have available for visitors (and check out that view!!!)
Tour for 2 people was about $80 - so not inexpensive while there are other places in the area doing them for free, or sometimes you get to keep some beans/souvenir from the tour - here this is a pure tour, 1H long - so unless you really appreciate coffee and a boutique experience I say you may want to go somewhere else, but if you have been to a few of these places and seek something "different" then it's $80 spent well
