点评：We visited in the afternoon, arriving around lunchtime on a sunny Sunday. The car park was fairly quiet with ample disabled spaces available. There wasn't a queue to get in and the lady on the door was very helpful regarding my husband mobility scooter and disabled access and routes to take. We purchased a very expensive light lunch which was tasty. The unusual and diverse flowers and shrubs were beautiful, the scent in the gardens delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon, spotting a lizard, a grass snake swimming in the lower pond and some pheasants.
We decided to buy drinks before setting off home. Again the drinks were so overpriced! £5.50p for a can of ginger beer! Such a shame as it took the shine off of an otherwise most enjoyable afternoon. We spent, in total, about 4 hours there.
