Nice place but expensive

点评：I went here as solo trip with my dogs.
I just want to start off with the parking charges are ridiculous ( all day parking for a car off peak is £8) which for a family may not seem that much, however there are activities inside which you also have to pay for, and various café's and ice cream stands etc... so I can imagine it could very easily become an expensive day out.
I parked In the cheaper car situated just outside the entrance of the country but it took me around 30 mins to eventually get to the beach.
There is plenty of parking around so you can park closer to certain areas of the park.
There are a few different activities within the park so there is plenty of choice of things to do, but as I said they are at an extra charge ( it would be nice to have some free activities).
The park is very big so wouldn't be surprised if you need to drive the different activities you want to do.
And the park and beach was very clean and well kept.
However, I would not rush back there simply due to prices.
