Delightful, family-run stables, for hacks across the New Forest, with great horses and very friendly staff

点评：What a gem of a place Coombe Stables in Sway is. We were warmly greeted at the gate by Scarlett, taken to complete our paperwork, before being introduced to our lovely horses; Quinn, Sunny and Mo.
Scarlett and one of her colleagues took us out for a private hack across the New Forest. The weather and views were stunning and we were able to enjoy numerous canters amongst the New Forest ponies - just breathtaking.
Both Scarlett and her colleague were very friendly, chatting about the local area, the New Forest ponies and their own horses that they compete with. Also the irony that we discovered one of us lives around the corner from where they used to live in London - small world!
All of the horses were impeccably well-behaved; testament to how well schooled and looked after they are.
A great yard, great team and above all great horses (and not forgetting the pigs!). We’ll definitely be back!
