One of the Highlights of Our Trip – More Than Just a Tour Guide!

点评：We had the absolute pleasure of touring with Tuscan Heart during our overnight stop in Livorno, and it was truly one of the highlights of our entire vacation. From the moment we met Dany, we knew we were in great hands. Not only is he a fantastic tour guide, but by the end of our time together, he felt like a friend.
On day one, we explored Pisa and Florence, and on day two, we visited San Gimignano followed by an unforgettable winery lunch. Dany customized everything to our group’s interests, including fun little stops for gelato and even a wine window—so unique and memorable!
He picked us up right at the port in a private, spotless Mercedes van, and we never had to wait on crowds like with the ship excursions. It was far more affordable than the cruise line tours and 100 times more enjoyable.
What really stood out was Dany’s genuine care. He made sure we saw everything we wanted, gave us fantastic referrals for guides at our other ports, and even checked in to make sure we made it home safely. His kindness, professionalism, and local knowledge made our trip incredibly special.
