点评:The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I absolutely loved my short stay there.
The true highlight of this place was the fact that British Airways only delivered 15 out of all the bags in the plane due to staff shortage, they decided not to board 80% of the passenger's luggage. I was going to CAN ART and had Galas, Dinners, and exhibitions to attend for which I had all my outfits prepared. I was only there for 2 days with no time for emergency shopping or any other activities, I was on a schedule. Luckily, there was a beautiful store on the hotel's first floor called "Almendra". Elena the owner, immediately empathized with my situation and helped me with absolutely everything. It was extremely easy to quickly find all the items I needed for each specific occasion during those 2 days.
I am so grateful for this store and Elena because what should have been a very stressful nightmare due to the crunchtime I was in, turned into a smooth and very pleasant solving situation.
I highly recommend this hotel and this store even if you are not staying in it and you are in Ibiza I encourage you to go and check it out.
