Exceptional Service from Start to Finish – Highly Recommend!

点评：From the moment we began planning our holiday, the communication with Miguel and Vanessa was outstanding. We reached out via WhatsApp to enquire about airport transfers for our group—four adults and two children—which meant we needed a spacious vehicle and two children’s car seats. Miguel and Vanessa were incredibly helpful and reassuring, answering all our questions promptly and professionally. The pricing for both arrival and departure transfers was very reasonable, which was an added bonus.
As soon as our plane landed at Faro Airport, Vanessa messaged to let us know she was already at arrivals and provided her exact location—making everything seamless. The journey to our hotel was not only comfortable but also genuinely enjoyable, as Vanessa shared wonderful insights about the area and suggestions for places we might like to visit during our stay.
The day before our departure, we received a message confirming the pickup time from our hotel. Vanessa arrived right on schedule, and it was lovely to also meet her husband, who was collecting another family at the same time. Their coordination and warmth made us feel completely at ease.
We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare, and the next day, Vanessa even followed up to check that we had arrived home safely—a truly thoughtful and personal gesture.
This kind of service is rare. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone visiting Portugal, and we will definitely be using their services again on our next trip!
