A phenomenal experience with big blue diving

点评：We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Big Blue Diving. I came here with our 11-year-old son to help him get his junior open water certification. The office staff communicated clearly and were extremely organized. The facilities are all in great shape. The equipment and boats are clearly very well taken care of. The office staff were kind and fantastic to work with. His instructor, Chae Donahue, was simply phenomenal. He was encouraging, supportive, and motivating throughout the process and was a truly outstanding teacher as well. My son had some difficulty with his ears during the course, which I think is not unusual for a kid of his age. The shop owner, Jim, was extremely kind and sent him out on the boat with Chae over the course of two extra days until he was able to successfully complete the course. Overall, we simply could not have had a better experience than what we had with Big Blue, and I would highly recommend this shop to anybody thinking about diving or pursuing their diving education in the region.
Although not a factor at all during the day and nothing to do with Big Blue, the surrounding streets can be fairly loud from the bars at night. If you value quiet, it might be worth staying a couple of blocks away. This was absolutely not a factor during working hours.
