点评：We held my daughter's 8th birthday here with 13 of her friends. Chris was our first point of contact via emails etc and he was very helpful and accomadating. From the moment we arrived the front of house ladies were polite, friendly and patient. The whole place has so much to do, the girls started with the outside play area, slides, crazy golf, zip line, sandpit to name but a few. They then met some ducks and their newly hatched ducklings, they loved it. They then met the rabbits and guinea pigs, the lovely host Linda gave lots of info and advice and everyone had so much fun. On to the dodgems next which was such a laugh. (The only thing that I would say is there needed to be more clarity on what was meant by the 1.4m height restriction, but all was sorted). Next was the amusement arcade and after that it was lunchtime.
The table was set up with everything you needed and even though Trethorne was short staffed that day the ladies did an amazing job, there was plenty of food and the kids were happy. It did not stop there, after lunch was the massive indoor play barn and soft play area and finally we were back outside and onto the pedalos. It really was a jam packed party and nearly all the children and parents stayed longer. "Best party ever" was mentioned several times by different children. I just wanted to say a special thank you to the front of house team and everyone who made our daughter's birthday perfect. Thank you. I don't usually write such long reviews but you deserve a big shout out Trethorne!
