奥尔顿塔水上乐园的点评
点评：We had booked this for my 8 year olds birthday treat ( stayed in the hotel too )
We had been excited for months and watched all the vlogs , we were most looking forward to the outside part , imagine how excited we were when we saw it was going to be 22degrees too !!!
We arrived at 10:00 am after a fabulous previous day in the theme park , we had booked in for 10:30 and was told it’s very quiet so you can go in at 10 and you can stay all day if you want ! We were so excited, I said oh we are sun creamed up and ready for the day !
We then got told oh the outdoor part isn’t open today !!!!!! Whatttttttttttt!!!!!!!! It’s the hottest day of the year , we were annoyed to say the least ! I wouldn’t have said anything to the lovely bloke on the till as it wasn’t his fault and he was really nice !
There was nothing online stating this , I have to admit it really did put a downer on things ☹️
Surely if a third of the waterpark is closed ( including 3 slides that are outdoor ) you should be told or charged less !
We did enjoy the inside but only lasted 2 hours as we planned on swimming outside for most of the trip .
The changing rooms were a bit grim to say it was so quiet ( dirty nappies left on dirty bins )
The showers were crap , like getting showered with a watering can !
We loved the hot tub in the volcano and the big splash bucket was fun !
My daughter did still have fun which is all that matters I just can’t help feeling robbed of half an experience
I’m not sure I’d book again 🥺

然后我们被告知哦，户外部分今天不开放！！！！！！什么！！！！！！今天是一年中最热的一天，我们至少可以说很生气！我不会对收银台那个可爱的小伙子说什么，因为这不是他的错，而且他真的很好！
网上没有关于此事的任何说明，我得承认这确实让人很失望☹️
如果水上乐园三分之一的设施都关闭了（包括3个室外滑梯），你肯定应该被告知或者少收点钱！
我们确实在室内玩得很开心，但只玩了2个小时，因为我们计划大部分时间都在室外游泳。
更衣室实在太安静了，简直有点阴森（脏尿布扔在脏垃圾桶里）。
淋浴很糟糕，就像用喷壶洗澡一样！
我们喜欢火山里的热水浴缸，大水桶也很有趣！
我女儿仍然玩得很开心，这才是最重要的，我只是忍不住觉得体验被剥夺了一半。
我不确定我是否会再次预订🥺
