点评:Stayed at SS Rotterdam one night about a week ago and had lunch and dinner there. My husband took a tour of the boat and was very happy with it. The room, the boat itself and the food were amazing. However, the bill was wrong at dinner when they added a dish we had not ordered.
My husband and I were there with two friends and we had two rooms booked, I had booked both rooms. A few days before we checked in, they reserved money for both rooms from my card. They said we would get this money back, nothing strange so far.
Since we were two different groups, we chose to pay for the rooms with two other cards. After we checked out, they still withdrew money for one reservation even though we had already paid for the rooms at check-in.
Despite several emails with the hotel and despite the fact that I sent screenshots with receipts on all payments, they refuse to give back the money. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. I am an experienced traveler and have never experienced anything like this in any hotel I have stayed at.
