Terrible service, don’t waste your money!

点评:The young staff that were on duty were run off their feet, 1 guy serving behind the bar on a busy Saturday. No management to be found. A disabled member of our group waiting 30 minutes for a key for the lift. We ordered food via the app by scanning the code on our table, waited 90 minutes to be told they’d sent it to the wrong table. When we complained the manager accused us ordering incorrectly ordering when we followed the instructions online. We were a large party and 4 tables of food went missing, so we couldn’t all have ordered incorrectly. The management waited until our food arrived and then turned up at the table with security and asked us to leave. It spoilt what was had started out as a great day. Never would I go again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We spent a huge amount of money on games and drinks and received very poor service.
