Brewery Shop is really gloomy, not well lit.

点评：Please Note: This is a review of the Brewery Shop only.
First time I have been here in quite a few years, so it was quite shock to see the changes. The Malthouse Kitchen was removed into a separate room adjoining the shop, whereas it was integral to the shop, as was the tasting bar.
The shop is now now fully kitted out with many products that are NOT Hook Norton related, which was a surprise. The prices now reflect all regional Brewery offerings, in that they are more expensive than any Supermarket offering their beers. Obviously if you want a specific beer you have to pay the price.
But for me more disturbingly is that it is really 'gloomy' in the shop, i.e. it is very poorly lit. A bit like a 24 hour supermarket when visited in the middle of the night. You can see but not well.
As with all my visits in the last decade, I find the staff who serve there are abrupt and not exactly friendly. Perhaps it was the questions I asked.
