点评：We've been going for a few years mostly to golf and get some beers. Last year I put money on my card they use to swipe for activities, that way I don't have to check in each time and there was a small discount for doing so. Golf is self service anyway.
This year due to insurance changes you have to sign a waiver to use the facilities which does have other things like go karts and batting cages. I had no intention of doing so (I'm not signing a waiver to play mini golf), but this was not a requirement when I prepaid for services. Had I known I would not have put money on their card.
I was told to go to the cashier to see what they could do. Both the worker and their supervisor said there were no refunds to cash out my card since I couldn't use it now.
They sold me a service I can't use now. This should be illegal. I'll go elsewhere. Their business practices are horrible.
