Balesin experience in a lifetime
Alphaland Balesin Island Club的点评
点评：It's our first time to go to Balesin so we were quite lost when we arrived there. Mind you, the hangar and lounge at the airport as well as the flight was excellent and I have no comment about those.
My problem is that when we arrived at Balesin, the staff who were there did not welcome us or ask us if we have been there before. We had to ask what to do and where to go. Then when we got to the Clubhouse, the same person was there at the Concierge. No apologies, nothing.
We did not know what is available such as a tour of the island, although we booked a golf cart prior to arriving there. Good thing, we were able to cancel that booking as we were able to get around using the shuttle vehicles provided. And we didn't know that those were free.
By the time we got to know about the free tour, we had already seen a bit of the island that was covered in the tour. It was the people at the Sports Center who informed us of the free tour. They were really nice and helpful. They should replace the people at the Concierge. ;-)
Of course, Balesin is beautiful and the fact that it was not crowded when we were there made it even better. The warm and humid weather in April is bearable due to the presence of water facilities and excellent air conditioning in the unit.
The food was excellent even if a bit pricey. For P780 the Filipino breakfast at the Clubhouse is different from the P780 Filipino breakfast at the Balesin Sala in terms of quantity.
Our accommodation is tops, even if there were no face towels or towels for the floor.
All in all, I would recommend Balesin to those who can get a sponsor, or those who can afford it.
