Disappointing visit to Easton Farm Park

点评：A really disappointing visit to Easton Farm Park with my granddaughter. Firstly the cost per adult £14.95 which is to be expected, however £14.95 for a two year old, really? So for four of us the cost was £59.80. This wouldn’t be so bad if it was a great day, it wasn’t - we spent just over two hours in the park; we looked at a few pens with goats, pigs and rabbits etc. Disappointingly a number of the Hand washes were either empty or just not working. We spent most of our time in the play park which had a good wooden mini sledge run. However the poorest part of the day was the cafe, which was terrible ( though the person who bought our food out was very jolly). A long wait for two toasted sandwiches which were poor; this could be so much better, plus we left smelling of chips due to the poor ventilation. The management needs to get a grip on the customer experience or lose customers. The management seem to have done a good job in diversification, caravan site, holiday cottages, etc, but the core offering was by today’s standards poor.
