Scam outfit - avoid at all cost

点评：DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAM. We arrived at Cairns airport after texting and calling to let them know our flight was delayed. They did not confirm receipt of our email or text. After we tried calling the number on our receipt we discovered it was not a valid number. We went to the website and tried that number, which apparently was new. The same thing. We were left stranded at the airport. They then told our provider we had cancelled and we were not getting a refund. We did not cancel. They took our money and fraudulently refused to refund when they were impossible to contact. We were told by our hotel this happens often and the good reviews are fake. Do not use this company. We were stranded with kids at 1am at the airport ana had to find alternate transfers. They are appalling to deal with. We are in process of reporting to police and getting a lawyer involved, who has already confirmed fake phone numbers in our receipt and on the website. AVOID AU ALL COSTS. THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE.
