点评：I rented a total of 15 seats on two different coaches. This company , like the others, drive thru the park. BUT, that is where it ends. First, we were asked to select from 4 different lunch selections. Regardless of what we selected , one coach got all Turkey and the other got all Ham. NO CHOICE after all. One traveler was allergic to turkey ( that is why they ordered Roast beef )
The driver refused to use his headset so the people in the back could hear. His response when asked to use it was " I don't do that, I like to keep it more personal" I don't care how personal he wanted it to be, if you can't hear him. He was knowledgable but very self centered and wanted to talk about his experiences more than the park we were viewing. The second coach had a lady who was very good as a guide, but again the sandwich selection was ignored. For most, this is a once in a life time trip. Sadly, it could've been more memorable.
