Awful birthday party, complete rip off. Terrible food, unclean toilets and very unhelpful staff

点评：I had my little boys 5th birthday party here, first large party he has had and was very disappointed.
The food was awful, handful of chips, 2 nuggets and an 8th of a mini pizza. My little boy doesn't like nuggets, so I asked if he could have more pizza, and they said no. I paid £14.95pp and was advertised a buffet lunch, when I asked about the extra food as some kids wanted more nuggets (and pizza) they said they didn't have more, those dished out plates were the buffet 🤷
When guest arrived (2 parties on at same time, Very busy) a number of the tables had old food and drinks at them, yet the staff were either chatting or sitting eating their lunch not caring. There was no help clearing plates or cleaning up after the kids food. Not even a bin bag supplied. No support to organise anything. Absolutely ripped off! I have been to a number of other parties and every single one was better than this.
The toilets were horrific. Clearly no one was monitoring them with any sort of schedule.
I was embarrassed and even had to apologise to guests for the awful food and cleanliness. You should be ashamed to charge that amount of money. Staff also looked like the were being held at gun point working here half the time, unacceptable to host a children's party with such miserable staff completely lowering the mood.

You really need to go to another soft play and see what they offer for the money.
First and most definitely the last time. I will be warning everyone I know.
