The small shop at the bottom was a pleasant surprise—well-stocked with unique souvenirs and books about Scottish history, perfect for taking a piece of the experience home.
As someone fascinated by history, I was excited to visit this place, knowing its immense importance in Scottish history. The exhibits inside the monument were informative and inspiring, highlighting the legacy of William Wallace and his role in the fight for Scottish independence. Climbing to the top was well worth it for the breathtaking panoramic views, which added to the sense of pride and connection to Scotland's heritage.
