点评:Do not shop appliances in S&R lipa ,,.customer service bad!!! Lack of communication.. you can’t contact them on the phone ,nobody will answer the phone !! We bought a washer and went to s&r lipa to complain the washer we bought was not working right , so an employee told me to come back again because I didn’t bring the washer we bought that they can’t do anything because I don’t have the washer with me , I know they have 7 days return policy so when I went there it’s been 1 month past already and all I’m asking was if there was someone who can fix it because it should be still cover in the 1 year warranty , but an employee told me I should have the washer with me so they can fix it there at the store .. so I said okay I’ll bring it with me ! 2 days after I went back to S&R lipa with the washer I bought but then 2 men employees told me that it’s home service to fix it they will send someone ., I was so pissed because they just tell you 2 different information!! And found out the employee who told me to bring the washer was new employee she doesn’t even know !! My husband was so pissed because they can’t even take the washer and let them bring it to technician or whoever who can fix it!! Like I bought it from your store and you guys can’t even handle if something broken ! I ask for manager but they said no manager around !?the the heck!! What a really bad customer service !! Before you guys hire new employee you guys should inform and train them !! They keep apologizing but the time and gas that we spent they don’t care!! I live far and they just tell you sorry sorry they can’t do anything!! They know it’s their fault ,, ! Do not buy appliances !!!!
