Noosa spa not living up to its reputation.. and definitely not size inclusive!

点评：I recently visited Noosa Springs Spa for the fifth time. I don’t usually post reviews but felt most disappointed with my experience and thought it was worth sharing. The facilities on first impression are lovely and serene and as the only place on the Sunshine Coast with a pool spa circuit it’s always at the top of my list for some R&R. However some of the features of the circuit weren’t working on this visit: the head rest of the in water lounges had come loose, one had broken off completely and was left sitting on the tiled floor to highlight the point, the sauna had exposed wires behind the wood panels still bit visible because the panels were tired - the whole place just felt really tired. This is a bit sad when the resort was packed with golfers and I imagine there’s some $$ that could easily be directed into keeping the spa at a reasonable standard. Also, if you’re an average sized lady (anywhere from size 16 +) the robes won’t wrap around and neither will the towels. And, if you indulge in booking a massage prepare for some judgment. I felt very uncomfortable with the young lady who drew the short straw and had to give me my relaxation massage. She reluctantly delivered the service but cut every corner to make the experience as quick and easy for her and definitely not worth the money for me. I’m really sad to say that I’ll be traveling south to Brisbane to visit a different bathhouse when I book in my next spa treat.
