点评:Went to see Rob Beckett at Milton Keynes Theatre, which is a local theatre to me so have been quite a lot in the past. The show was great and didn't disappoint but feel the Theatre is losing it's appeal due as far as i can tell from cut backs to staff. The last few time we have been, there are numerous bars on the ground floor, but if you have seating on the circle or balcony floors the bars are closed both before the show and during the interval leaving you having to walk down various flights of stairs and join a huge Queue on the ground floor to order drinks leaving a lot of the audience arriving late for the performance. Ordered a G&T and a coke for the interval, only to find no glass for the coke, so had to drink from bottle - not good for 2 drinks costing £13. Also they have now brought in a QR code ordering system to have drinks brought to your seat which results in various bar staff members coming in just as the performance is about to start and asking the audience to pass bags of drinks along the row to the customers. Noticed a lot of people coming to the upstairs bar to buy a drink only to find it closed, and this now seems a regular thing.
