Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity的点评
点评：A very treasured memory experience. Stopped by without notice with a local driver and one of the nuns were kind enough to give us a tour of the facility when requested. We didn't want to interrupt lunch but were able to say hello and namaste to the residents. It's clear it's a very tidy and clean facility, people staying who as the nun said have no other family. Were able to meet a lady who is married and has a family, was educated and grew up in the orphanage, she understood and spoke great Englis. The nuns rotate around the world, clearly those we met care about their devotion and helping the residents get on their feet to have a good life. Was really touching to see the work of Mother Teresa live on. Suggest coming with some biscuits/fruit/stationary if feel inclined for the residents. No member of staff mentioned offering a financial gift, when we asked if able a receipt was given. Meaningful work in this space.
