Sunrover Tours的点评
点评：I would never recommend this tour company to anyone. I had booked a 1 day Moreton Island trip for myself and my parents, who were visiting Australia and had Moreton Island on their bucket list. We drove to the ferry terminal in the morning for our tour only to get an email that morning (was sent while driving but didn't check until we were already at the port terminal) that our tour had been cancelled and a refund had been issued. There was absolutely no reason explained as to why it was cancelled and no notice given, we were already there ready to board!
If a tourist did not have internet access/data on their phone, they would have never even seen that email.
This was extremely disappointing to say the least.
Luckily another amazingly friendly tour company (Australian Sunset Safaris) was at the terminal and was able to fit us on their tour at short notice. But if it wasn't for the new company, we would have driven 2 hours to the terminal only to drive 2 hours home. A cancellation that late should have been a phone call. Or if you knew the tour wasn't going to happen, don't allow the booking in the first place. Very unprofessional. Again, would never recommend Sunrover Tours EVER.
