点评：Review of Our Unforgettable Sri Lanka Trip with One Lanka Tour
In January last year, my friends Obi, Martine, and I embarked on a five-day adventure across Sri Lanka with One Lanka Tour, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was actually my third time using their services, and as always, they delivered a 5-star experience. I travel a lot around the world, so I know what makes a great tour company, and One Lanka Tour is simply the best. They strike the perfect balance between taking care of you and giving you the space to explore at your own pace.
Our journey began with a visit to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where we had the chance to see elephants up close, an incredible start to our adventure. From there, we headed to Dambulla for two nights, where we climbed the iconic Sigiriya Rock, a breathtaking experience with stunning panoramic views at the top. One of the highlights of our stay was a village farm tour, where we rode a bull cart, crossed a large pond on a small catamaran, and enjoyed a fantastic homemade lunch—a truly authentic and immersive experience.
Next, we traveled to Kandy, where we visited the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most sacred sites in Sri Lanka, followed by a peaceful walk through the Royal Botanical Gardens. The scenery and history of Kandy made for a memorable stop on our journey.
On our way to Ella, we visited a tea estate, learning about the tea-making process while taking in the lush greenery of the highlands. Our stay in Ella was short but impactful—we got to experience the famous Nine Arches Bridge before wrapping up our trip and heading home.
The team at One Lanka Tour was absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and made the entire trip so enjoyable. Their attention to detail and hospitality ensured that every moment of our journey was smooth and stress-free. For me, it was essential that my friends had a great introduction to Sri Lanka, and thanks to One Lanka Tour, they left with incredible memories.
