点评：We reserved and booked 4 bikes online, and especially one with an infant seat. When we came to pick up the bikes, the service was absolutely horrible. Nothing was ready cause according to the staff, we should’ve picked the bikes up before 10.00, problem is that the email confirmation doesn’t say anything about this. We had two kids with us and nothing was explained for them regarding the bikes. No ordinary bike with an infantseat was available, so only choice was to book an ebike instead for 10euro extra. So far so good. Or not. After biking for around 45 min to an hour, one of the ordinary mountainbikes is suddenly totally flat on the back tire. We try to call Intersport rental several times, but no one answers the phone. After spending another 35euros on a taxi to transport the bike to the shop again, we’re met with arrogance and that it’s probably our own fault and it must have been because we were in an accident of some kind. So 10euros extra again and no apology or any consideration from the staff. We’ve rented bikes alot of times in the Zillertal area, but this is by far the worse place to rent bikes. Will definetely recommend Bründl, IQ tankstelle, Greenroom or diffrent bike and skiverleih if youre interested in renting bikes, were your also met with high service and professional staff.
