点评：We have now been in four forts in India, and this one has the most impressive walls. Go for the walls.
A previous reviewer complained about the INR 600 entry fee for foreigners. We found this was the fee at several venues and it’s not out of line. If you’re foreign and have paid a lot to come to India, this charge is minimal.
We suggest that you read about the fort before you arrive as there is little signage in the fort itself.
We started by climbing to the top and then working our way back. There were generally good views. But at the same time, the various gates and courtyards weren’t particularly decorative.
At the same time, however, the sheer size of the fort’s walls means that the fort encompasses many Jain and Hindu temples which are worth visiting.
We spent about an hour and a quarter here. It was worth a visit, but not a detour.
