Gross reception staff and confusing and rude nconsistent ticketing system.

点评：We missed access to this museum due to confusing and conflicting nuclear ticketing and admission rules. We bought tickets at the counter and understood we could enter at or after a certain hour. When we came, it was rudely explained to us that the ticket we had was valid only for 30 minutes, even if the window of access was not indicated on the ticket, only the start time was. We had notunderstood this as “admission as of”. The litigated entrance time was not indicated not indicated at the reception, or on the ticket. Also, we should have known that at later entrance times there would be a guided tour and therefore normal ticket holders could enter. Nothing of this kind was explained when we bought the tickets. In fact, the woman at the counter who sold the tickets was already impatient and not very will g to explain things clearly and completely. How are we as tourists who have never been there supposed to know all detailed rules if they are not written or explained beforehand completely? We asked for a solution, and were told no pay back was possible, it was all our food, we could and should have known. Language and posture of the reception staff was gross and hostile. No consideration or understanding for the fact that the tickets and admission rules are not completely spelled out nor written on the ticket. We politely did not accept the offer to buy new or extra tickets. Suggestion: make clear at the website, at the reception, n the explanation by staff and printed on the ticket that there is an exact 30 minutes time slot you have to access the museum.and provide some training in client service and friendly interaction to staff.
