Monarto Safari Park的点评
点评：The famm went on the first day of school holidays on the weekend of 'Gather Round'. There were plenty of people at the park but we weren't conscious of crowding, nor queueing for buses. There are a lot of staff to keep things humming along and they are on radio contact to smoothe over any hitches (there were none). Buses turn up every ten minutes or so.
Buses are airconditioned and comfortable and the drivers are adaptable according to what animals choose to be where, at what time...couldn't be happier ! The drivers and volunteer guides are enthusiastic and well up to speed for the questions thrown at them. A special mention to the guide at the chimp enclosure who was prepared to go way off-script to tell us some seriously interesting stories about the life of a chimp (and the carers in that area).
Plenty of toilets and drinking water which is important as it's all pretty hot and arid on a hot autumn day.
We felt that the animals were treated with great care by the handlers, and the guests were accorded great respect and warmth.
I was so impressed with the whole setup that I have made a donation and I hope othre guests will consider doing that too as it is important.
11/10 for Monarto Safari Park.
