点评：I took my infant class in May 2025, they had a wonderful time - there was something for everyone and they were very busy and entertained for the 3 hours that they were there. The place was spotless and the staff were friendly and organised with regard to taking the children's bags and assigning a lunch room to us. It was nice that the children were given the freedom to run around and explore everything for themselves and that we knew that they were perfectly safe within the confines of the junior area. The only issue I had was that the children weren't allowed outside to the playground and slides. The manager cited the weather as the cause but the weather was dry when I was speaking to him ( it had drizzled about 2 and a half hours prior to my conversation with him). I had also asked a staff member an hour earlier if they could play in the playground. The manager admitted that it was dry and then told me that it wouldn't be fair on another larger school if our school were let outside. I suggested that we didn't go out until the other school had left ( another staff member had told me that we could stay an extra 15 minutes after our allocated time as we had arrived late, but he apologised and said that he couldn't let the children out as a birthday party was coming in. It was a shame for the children in my class as not every child gets the opportunity to visit a fantastic facility such as Explorium and school tours only come around once a year.
However, it was a good day and I would probably take a class again but I would suggest management explore ways to make the slides accessible to children in tour days eg cover them with a roof or get staff to wipe them down
