点评:Bed bugs!! No hot water!! No toilet paper!! Very small shower gel bottle!! Bed sheets have yellow saints!!
My son got a room at 11 pm and was told he would get it at 9 pm.
Hotel looks good only from outside but basic hygiene VERY VERY POOR!
I would give MINUS STARS FOR THIS HOTEL

Have put reviews about this whole issue on Google and trip advisor to absolutely avoid this hotel. Neither Heena travel has bothered to call me and discuss.
All commotion and confusion with your multiple tour managers. No clear communication!!! Will never travel by Heena. Worst tour management only food centric tour. We are here for tourism and not eat only food and are well fed in our own homes. Will pass on this information to all our friends and family in Canada! Everyday videos are taken ONLY REGARDING FOOD. Our tour manager Mehta very good man by nature but he should be communicating with passengers more clearly but a really good man. Everything else is ignored!
