Worst Travel Experience Ever - Avoid Andaman Emerald Holidays at All Costs!

点评：I am absolutely devastated by the appalling experience I had with Andaman Emerald Holidays. If I could give them zero stars, I would. From start to finish, this was a nightmare. The communication with them was absolutely HORRIBLE. They completely failed to discuss or understand my travel requirements, and instead did whatever they felt like.
The biggest issue was the ferry booking to Havelock—they never discussed the options with me, and just went ahead with something totally different without consulting. When I tried to get clarity on the itinerary, they were vague and dismissive. Every time I asked for details, I was told, “Don’t worry, we’ll help you once you’re in Andaman.” What a joke that turned out to be!
The transportation was a disaster. The vehicles they arranged for us were in terrible condition, old and uncomfortable, making our travel a miserable experience. But the worst part? When I questioned them about the issues and tried to reach out for help, the agent, Amit, was beyond rude and unprofessional. He basically told me to deal with it, completely ignoring the inconvenience they caused.
Once they received the advance payment, their service completely fell apart. It was clear they only cared about getting the money upfront. They completely neglected our needs after that. I had to research hotels myself because their recommendations were subpar and unsuitable. Thank God I didn’t listen to them, or else our entire trip would have been ruined.
If you're considering booking with Andaman Emerald Holidays, do yourself a favor and run far, far away. They’ll take your money, give you nothing but frustration, and leave you stuck in a terrible situation. This was a waste of time and money, and I’ll never use their services again.
