点评：Kareem was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. He was not at his stand for about an hour, and when we approached the nearby beach attendants, they advised us to go ahead and open the umbrella—saying he would come by shortly so we could pay. We followed their instructions. When Kareem finally arrived, he immediately began yelling at me as I was attempting to pay him. He made threatening remarks such as, “You’re lucky” and “Watch yourself.”
He ultimately refused to accept the payment and closed the umbrella. My husband attempted to de-escalate the situation, but Kareem continued to raise his voice and behave aggressively. As we were leaving, he confronted us again in the same hostile manner. Despite our efforts to explain that we had no intention of using his umbrellas without paying, he showed no willingness to listen. Even after the incident, we tried once more to pay, but he ignored us, got into an unmarked blue van, and drove away.
